Steps

Add an Embed HTML element
In the Wix Editor, click + Add in the left panel → Embed Code → Embed HTML. Drag it onto the page.

Enter the iframe
Click the element, then Enter Code. Paste:Replace
YOUR_AGENT_ID and swap USER_NAME, USER_ID, CONTEXT with your values.3
Resize the container
Wix uses a fixed-size embed container by default. Drag the element to at least 400×600 to fit the avatar comfortably.

Publish
Click Publish in the top right. Visit the published URL to test.
Wix-specific limits
- Premium plan required — Wix restricts external iframes on free plans. Upgrade to any Premium tier to unlock Embed HTML.
- Editor preview may not work — Wix’s editor preview iframe often blocks nested iframes and camera/mic access. Always test on the published URL, not in the editor.
- Fixed sizing — the Embed HTML element doesn’t fluidly resize. Choose a fixed width and height that works on both desktop and mobile.
Domain allowlist
Add your Wix domain (custom or.wixsite.com) to your agent’s allowed_domains list if you’re using one.
